These terms apply when you use digitalnexai.in or pay for any course, class or material offered by DigitalNex AI Academy ("we", "us"). By making a payment, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We offer training in digital marketing and AI tools through classroom sessions at our Mysuru centre and live online classes, along with demo classes, study material and short courses.
2. Enrolment and payment
- Fees are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on our website and are payable online through our payment partner (Instamojo) or by UPI.
- A seat is confirmed only after full payment is received and we confirm it by WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Launch offers and discounted prices are valid only for the period or batch stated.
3. Demo class
The demo class is free. Booking reserves a seat in a scheduled demo session. Bonus material offered with the demo is shared after attending.
4. Batches and schedule
We may reschedule a class or batch for reasons such as trainer availability or low enrolment. If we do, we will inform you in advance and offer a new date or a refund as per our Refund Policy.
5. Learner conduct
Learners must behave respectfully in class and online groups. Course material is for personal learning only and may not be copied, resold or shared publicly. We may remove a learner for misconduct without a refund.
6. Certificates and placement assistance
Certificates are issued on completing the course requirements. Placement assistance includes resume help, interview preparation and introductions; we do not guarantee a job or income.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the fee you paid for the course or class concerned.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts in Mysuru, Karnataka.
